ご予約専用のメールフォームから、ご予約のお申し込みをいただきましたら、ご希望の日程とスペースを仮予約として押さえさせていただきます。仮押さえの期間は2日間を基本としております。繁忙期には1日とさせていただくこともございますので、ご了承ください。この期間が過ぎますと、他のお客様の予約を優先させていただくことがあります。正式予約の確定はご入金の確認をもって行わせていただいております。お支払いは、「クレジットカード払い」または「銀行口座へのお振込み」の2種類があります。クレジットカード払いの場合には、決済代行会社ZEUSの決済ページのURLをお送りします。決済が完了されましたら、弊社ですぐに確認できますので、スムーズです。また、銀行振込の場合には、振込後に振込票の写メをお送りください。少人数で運営しているため、入金確認が間に合わない場合がありますので、ご協力をお願いしております。お振込み先は、「みずほ銀行 鎌倉支店 普通口座No,1389731 名義：株式会社エイチ・ティー・ディー」となります。ご入金の確認ができましたら、正式予約に移行しますので、正式予約についての案内をメールでお送りさせていただきます。

Once you submit your reservation request via our dedicated reservation email form, we will tentatively reserve your desired dates and space. The tentative reservation period is generally two days. Please note that during busy periods, it may be extended to one day. After this period, other reservations may be prioritized. Your reservation will be officially confirmed upon confirmation of payment. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you pay by credit card, we will send you a URL for the payment page of our payment agent, ZEUS. Once payment is completed, we will immediately confirm it, ensuring a smooth process. If you pay by bank transfer, please send us a photo of the transfer slip after the transfer. Due to our small staffing, we may not be able to confirm your payment in time.
