『トルココーヒー』は、トルコで100年以上前から飲まれているコーヒーです。『トルココーヒー】は、深炒りのコーヒー豆を極細挽きにして、イブリック（ジェズベ）というポットで煮出して作るコーヒーです。トルココーヒーは、細かく挽いたコーヒーの粉と砂糖を加え、煮出してコーヒーを抽出します。コーヒーの粉と一緒に、カルダモンやシナモンなどの香辛料を入れて楽しむこともできます。『トルココーヒー』は、飲んだ後にカップの底に残ったコーヒー粉の形で占いをするという楽しみ方もあります。飲み終わったあと、カップをひっくり返してソーサーに置いてください。カップの底からコーヒーの粉が下へ落ちた頃に再度ひっくり返し、カップにできた模様を見てみましょう。「小鳥のように見えたら吉報がある」「ダイヤモンドのように見えたらプロポーズが近い」「悪魔のような顔に見えたら不吉なことが近づいています。気をつけて過ごしましょう。」などと占いができます。『トルココーヒー』は、事前予約制で承っております。キャンプご利用の際に一緒にお申し付けください。

Turkish coffee has been enjoyed in Turkey for over 100 years. It's made by boiling darkly roasted coffee beans in a pot called an ibrik (cezve). Finely ground coffee powder and sugar are added and the coffee is brewed. Spices like cardamom and cinnamon can also be added along with the coffee powder. Turkish coffee can also be enjoyed as a way to tell fortunes based on the coffee powder remaining at the bottom of the cup. After drinking, turn the cup upside down and place it on a saucer. Once the coffee powder has fallen to the bottom, turn the cup upside down again to see the pattern that has formed. Fortunes can be told, such as "If it looks like a little bird, you'll have good news," "If it looks like a diamond, a proposal is imminent," or "If it looks like a devil's face, misfortune is approaching. Be careful." Turkish coffee is available by advance reservation. Please request this service when using camping.
