『Tボーンステーキ』は、骨付きのステーキ。背骨がついたままの牛の腰あたりの肉片です。骨をはさんで、サーロインとヒレが向かい合っていますので、触感や味の違いをご堪能いただけます。メンバーによって好みがわかれてもOK。贅沢なワイルドな牛肉をお楽しみいただけます。キャンプの日程に合わせてご用意しておきますので、ご予約の際にお申し付けください。

"T-bone steak" is a steak with bone. It is a piece of meat from the cow's loin with the spine still attached. The sirloin and fillet are placed across the bone, allowing you to enjoy the difference in texture and flavor. It's fine even if the preferences of the members differ. You can enjoy luxurious wild beef. We will prepare it according to the camping dates, so please let us know when you make your reservation.
