日常では味わえない“手間を楽しむアウトドアコーヒー”を楽しむには、パーコレーターが必要です。最大の特徴は、その抽出方法。焚き火などの熱源で温められ沸騰したお湯が、蒸気圧によりパーコレーター中央の管から吸い上げられ噴出。このお湯がバスケットと呼ばれる内部パーツにおさめられたコーヒー豆にかかることで、コーヒー抽出が行われます。味は器具やかける時間、温度などにより異なりますが、パーコレーターの美味しさは味だけでなく、空間にもありますね。燃え盛る焚き火の上にパーコレーターを置き、薪の爆ぜる音やコポコポと鳴るコーヒーの声を聞けるのが醍醐味です。コーヒー豆をセットしてお渡ししますので、ぜひアウトドアコーヒーをお楽しみください。一度に4名様分程度のコーヒーがつくれます。事前にレンタルをお申し込みください。

To enjoy "fun outdoor coffee"—a unique experience not found in everyday life—you'll need a percolator. Its greatest feature is its extraction method. Boiling water heated by a heat source like a campfire is drawn up through a tube in the percolator's center by steam pressure and sprayed out. This water pours onto coffee beans held in an internal part called a basket, brewing the coffee. While flavor varies depending on the equipment, brewing time, and temperature, the deliciousness of a percolator isn't just about the taste—it's also about the atmosphere. The real joy is placing the percolator over a roaring campfire and listening to the crackling of the firewood and the bubbling of the coffee. We'll provide you with the coffee beans, so please enjoy your outdoor coffee. It can brew enough coffee for about four people at a time. Please apply for rental in advance.
